TDR Capital invested in VP Specialists (VPS). VPS are the trusted specialists in securing, maintaining and managing vacant properties across a wide range of customer and industry sectors in Europe and North America. We were initially instructed to identify a Marketing Director for the UK business though following consultation with both TDR and VPS the role became UK Sales Director for which we went on to complete a search within 6 weeks of instruction. Following this appointment we were instructed to identify an interim HR Director for the Group and at the same time to conduct a search to identify the permanent Group HR Director. Both of which were successfully appointed following research and assessment. As a result of these three successful appointments we were instructed on UK MD, Logistics Director, CFO, Company Secretary, UK HR Director and an Advisor to the board. All searches were successfully completed and we enjoy an on-going relationship with both TDR and VPS.
