Retained Search

The proactive identification of individuals for single or multiple hires, retained search allows the time and attention to conduct extensive research to ensure the best people for the role/s are uncovered not just those who are actively job-seeking. Every assignment is bespoke and based on a considered strategy which ensures efficiency and effectiveness.

Corporate Intelligence and Talent Mapping

Whilst search provides an effective way of identifying and attracting talent against a specific set of immediate requirements, corporate intelligence and talent mapping is an effective way of informing the shape of a role, its level and where it could fit in the corporate structure and where that talent is available. In addition, clients use corporate intelligence to provide additional insight when they are considering moving in to new geographies, sectors and business lines; where evolving strategy demands a new set of skills and experience – often from different sectors; and to benchmark internal talent.

Candidate Assessment

Many of our clients find formal assessment a useful addition to the recruitment process because it adds an extra level of information about likely behaviours and attitudes. We have access to a wide range of assessment tools via a network of qualified organisational psychologists. These tools are used in combination to create a suite of measures across behaviour, attitude, numeracy and specific skills or individually to make an in-depth assessment of specific characteristics and fit with existing team dynamics. Assessment is a wholly bespoke service put together according to the client’s specific requirements and may include assessment of the existing team as well as of external candidates.
